Acceptance of Terms

By using any services from RkRentalpanel, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. We may update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review these Terms regularly. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept those changes. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not sign up for or use our services.

Read Before Joining Membership

• After placing an order, RkRentalpanel does not issue refunds.
• Invoices are sent at the end of each month. If payment is not made within 3 days, your panel and its data will be deleted.
• If your panel is active with us, you cannot request partial data access. Your data will be provided only after the panel is closed.
• When your panel is closed (by you or by us), your data will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
• We provide only the default site. We do not perform custom edits or customizations unless agreed separately for additional charges.

Membership

Age Requirement: To use this service you must be at least 18 years old (or recognized under applicable law as able to form legally binding agreements).

Registration: To fully use our service, you must register by providing complete and accurate information including full name, password, and email address. Do not use someone else’s name or any name that violates third‑party rights.

Emails: Email is our primary communication channel. We may use your email to notify you about updates, new releases, and account status. Please read our emails carefully.

Account Security: You must safeguard your access credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and notify us immediately.

User Safety Policy

Before joining, you must agree to the following rules:

1. Terms & Privacy: As a panel owner, you must publish your own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on your panel. These must be accessible to all visitors (logged in or not).
2. User & Owner Safety: To ensure transparency and protect user rights, you must provide a direct link on your site to the RkRentalpanel complaint page.
3. Handling Accounts & Funds: Panel owners must treat user data and funds responsibly. Unjustified suspension of user accounts, unfair treatment, or seizure of user funds may lead to complaints filed against you via the complaint link.

Account Ownership

If you sign up on behalf of an employer, the employer is the account owner. You warrant that you have authority to bind the employer to these Terms.

You may transfer your account to a third party; inform us and update account information. Once transferred, you cannot later claim ownership rights.

RkRentalpanel reserves the right to determine the rightful account owner in disputes. If ownership cannot be resolved, we may suspend or terminate the account until resolved.

Billing and Payment Information

Payments: All services are prepaid and will not begin until full payment is received. RkRentalpanel does not issue refunds after a panel has been started.

Invoice Monthly: You have three (3) days to dispute any invoice charge. Contact our support department for assistance.

System Updates

We reserve the right to update the system, including adding or removing functionalities. We are not responsible for bugs or issues that may appear in updated versions. Restoring modified code is your responsibility.

Other Conditions

• We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.
• Any verbal or written insult toward RkRentalpanel members may result in immediate account termination.
• We may remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, or infringing third‑party copyrights.

Prohibited Activities

• Don’t sell sexual content mixed services.
• Do not publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Service is provided as is without warranties. RkRentalpanel does not guarantee the Service will meet your requirements or be error‑free. You are responsible for selecting the Service that meets your needs.

Limitation of Liability

RkRentalpanel is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

Copyrights

RkRentalpanel supports intellectual property rights. Uploading content that infringes copyrights is prohibited. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.
